Emotional Reality of SC/ST Act, 1989

This study examines the emotional realities experienced by victims of caste-based violence and discrimination under the SC/ST Act, while also analyzing the implementation gaps that prevent the legislation from fully achieving its objectives. Through a comprehensive review of recent cases, government data, and scholarly research, I aim to present a nuanced picture of how the Act functions in practice rather than merely existing on paper.
