Having read an article about unkneaded bread in The New York Times, she started experimenting at home and blogging about her experiments. Till now she has developed more than 50 variants of this brilliant bread-making technique. She has also made a video that is posted on YouTube, where she demonstrates how to make the bread. Now the very best of these variants are available in one book: fine rustic breads and dark breads with seeds, sweet breads with chocolate and savory breads filled with cheese.

Ina also bakes divine cakes. She has developed recipes for easy, quick cakes, but also some that demand more time and technique. This book contains her best recipes, good advice on baking and ingredients, and tips on how you can decorate your cakes.
