Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective, EGOVIS 2011, held in Toulouse, France, in August/September 2011. The 30 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions.
