Effectiveness of Thrombolysis in Acute Myocardial Infarction

This brochure aims to provide the scientific community with updated data on a group of infarcted patients who have an adequate interval of application, in door-needle time, of recombinant streptokinase as a therapeutic modality, with the objective of demonstrating the early use of thrombolytic agents in the Municipal Intensive Care Unit of Nueva Paz, Mayabeque, Cuba. The early use of Cuban recombinant streptokinase in this condition has allowed a radical change in the evolution of patients and opens new perspectives for the treatment of other cardiovascular conditions.
