Educational Leadership: Innovative, Critical and Interdisciplinary Perspectives

This book draws on insights from 37 women leaders, collected from 2020 to 2022, around women''s experiences with gender and racial bias, resilience, social justice, and leadership strategies and challenges. The respondents possess different educational backgrounds, reflect different ethnic, racial and age groups, and inhabit varied roles and organizations, from public school districts, charter school networks, graduate schools of education, and partner/support organizations.
