Eating Disorder Nutrition Education Handouts VOLUME TWO

This book contains a NEW selection of lectures and handouts I designed to use during nutrition education groups while working at various eating disorder centers. I have worked at multiple levels of care, from residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment. These handouts can be used during a nutrition therapy class by registered dietitian nutritionists. These handouts are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, including eating disorders.
