Our purpose in this classroom is to acquire the spiritual attributes we need for our eternal spiritual life - attributes that will contribute to our success and happiness both here and in the worlds to come. Dynamic Consultation focuses on acquiring these attributes through living an authentically happy life-one where our actions are consistent with our deeply held beliefs. This book is about using a Bah ' approach to solve difficult problems. However it is more than mere problem solving. It is a way of changing the approach and perspective on how we live our lives. Dynamic Consultation is based on a Bah ' model of decision making called consultation that uses specific tools to guide groups in working toward better solutions. Dynamic Consultation works past solving the conflict to not only resolve the issues and improve the relationships, but to promote human flourishing for both the individual and the community.
