Jeanne Robertson is best known for her humorous stories, told from the platform as a professional speaker and from the theater stage, and the multitude of clips available on YouTube, including "e;Don't Send a Man to the Grocery Store"e; and "e;Don't Bungee Jump Naked."e; Many of her stories have been preserved in the nine DVDs/CDs she recorded or included in the four books she has written.Jeanne also submitted a weekly column to one of several local magazines and newspapers in Alamance County from 2000 until 2021. In these columns, Jeanne also shared a multitude of humorous encounters she had during her 50-plus years traveling throughout the US and Canada. She retells some of the humorous trials and tribulations of being a former beauty queen. And, as always, she reminded her readers to look for the humor in their lives.
