A string of murders tangles up British detective Patrick Dawlish in an intricate web of deception in this riveting World War II-era mystery. Notified by his wife, Felicity, of the killing of an Auxiliary Territorial Service girl, intelligence officer Patrick Dawlish is reminded of a similar murder of another ATS woman two months earlier.
