Dad, I don't think you understand, nor do we do a great enough job expressing (in most instances) how important you are

We may not have worked out romantically

We may not even like each other as humans

We may still be together and trying to figure this thing out

As co-parents, if we are both pulling our weight, no one parent is more important than the other.
