Cultural Robotics: Diversified Sustainable Practices

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Workshop in Cultural Robotics, 2025, CR 2025, held as part of ACM/IEEE HRI, in Melbourne, Australia, on March 3, 2025.The 15 full papers included are organized in topical sections as follows: Cultural Sensing and Sensitivities; Art + Robotics; and Cultural Futures. The proceedings brings together diverse cultural perspectives to explore how roboticists can effectively integrate sustainability and circular economy principles to foster environmentally responsible, culturally sensitive and socially inclusive innovation when prototyping, testing and developing social robots.
