Corporate governance is the system that directs and controls the firm''s operations of its business model and strategy. Furthermore, corporate governance also includes the relationship among the stakeholders of a company, such as the board of directors, supervisory board, shareholders, financial providers, customers, suppliers, etc. It is evident that corporate governance requires professionalism of the company''s applied systems, processes, policies, decisions and operational activities.
