Cooking Up A Conversation is a joint venture between Chef Carl Redding and Chef Dana Patterson. Both are two very popular Chefs who have carved out a niche market with their Celebrity Clientele and specialty cuisine. Although enjoying great success in their respective industries, Chef Carl and Chef Dana's paths intersected as they have both faced a life threatening bout with diabetes that changed their lives. Suddenly the glamour of previous restaurant ownership and celebrity clientele such as Michael Jackson, Oprah Winfrey and Gene Simmons paled in comparison to simply being blessed with another chance to live.
