The recipes in this book are favorites of Marilyn Meredith, taste tested first by her five children and her grandchildren. She also used them to prepare meals for the six developmentally disabled women who shared her home. All the recipes are economical, tasty, and easy to prepare. They are especially good for big families or community care facilities.
