Contribution to a better management of working time at SONACOP

It is both a scientific and research work which is intended to give the best tips for optimising working time management. Far from being a panacea, these are recommendations that can help organisations, whether national or international, to better manage their working time. The work has gone further by looking at the different aspects or services that organisations need to prioritise internally in order to manage time better.
