This book examines the reciprocal relationship between theology and congregational singing through the experience of emotion. Exploring the link between emotion and music, it covers the intersection of psychological theory, theology, and lived experience. The chapters draw on an in-depth case study of two Filipino Baptist churches with strong singing traditions.
