Computer and Communication Engineering

This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Computer and Communication Engineering, ICCCE 2018, held in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in October 2018.The 12 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
