When I first conceived the idea of "e;Colors of Poetry"e;, I was thrilled. My goal was to sharpen my pen and expand my creative horizons. As someone who's always been drawn to colors and shapes, I wondered how infusing these elements into my writing would pan out . Would it make my work more beautiful, more layered? For me, that's the ultimate purpose of art .The first book was a spiritual journey, and I was surprised by the lyrical brilliance that emerged. Yet, I felt there was more to explore, more depth to uncover. I wanted my writing to be multi-dimensional, to have layers that would make the reading experience richer .With the second installment, I pushed myself to write to the best of my abilities. I poured my heart and soul into these poems, ensuring that every word, every phrase, was a true reflection of my truth . The result is a collection that feels like a milestone, a celebration of growth and self-expressionThe book cover, designed by myself, features a photo I took in Kalk Bay, infused with colors that echo the themes within. I'm proud to say that the writing and the cover are a perfect match
