Collective Security in Swiss Experience, 1291-1948.

A recollection of the most significant events in the constitutional development of Switzerland. Has the experience of Switzerland in the matters of collective security and federalism any lesson to teach those who would today place international relations on a firmer basis? That is the question to which a cautious reply is hazarded by the author.
