The Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO Center), through its Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), offers services for the resolution of commercial disputes arising out of bad-faith registration and use of Internet domain names corresponding to trademark rights.
