Christian Prayer and Meditation Simplified

Christian meditation is often the Jesus prayer, meditation and prayer are the basis both the Eastern and Western modes of worship. Meditation is found in all religions and is very similar it is a repetition of the name of Jesus like Jesus Thank You; or Jesus Have Mercy; or Jesus I love You. Prayer and praise are the basis for Christian worship. Meditation and Praise lead into one another and can take a person to a deeper spirituality. Prayer is a communication with God which can become meditation and then become praise and worship.
