Christ-Confident

It''s the reason behind most mental health issues. It''s the secret behind jealousy, fear, and anger. Depression, anxiety, and PTSD all entail a major problem that is not being discussed, and that is unhealthy self-esteem. Depression, anxiety, and PTSD are symptoms of a deeper issue:  unhealthy self-worth. Depression does not cause insecurity; it''s the other way around. Anxiety does not cause feelings of inferiority; it''s the other way around. The Lord Jesus Christ had something to say about how we see ourselves and our mental health. Jesus wants us to be more than self-confident; Jesus Christ had something better in mind. Jesus Christ wants us Christ-confident.
