Chemosensitivity

The aim of these two volumes on Chemosensitivity is to comprehensively present protocols that can be used to assess chemosensitivity in vitro and in vivo, as well as to assess parameters that modulate chemosensitivity in individual tumors. The volumes, collectively, are divided into four major sections, covering the following topics: In Vitro Measures of Cemosensitivity; Measurements of DNA Damage, Cell Death, and Regulators of Cytotoxicity; Genomics, Proteomics, and Chemosensitivity; and In Vivo Animal Modeling of Chemosensitivity. At the end of each chapter a Notes section is included with useful information, helpful hints, and problems and pitfalls to be aware of.
