Check Lists for Success

This book contains a number of check lists which I have written, used, andcollected over many years. Some of the check lists included are ones that I have used inconjunction with consultants and other 3rd parties employed by the companies whereI have worked. My thanks are due, not only to my own staff, who have worked withme and contributed and added to my lists, but also those consultant fi rms employedby our fi rms, who have been kind enough to give me access to documentation thathas been used on our projects. My thanks also goes to my wife, Elena Nikolaeva,without whose support, editorial help and understanding, this book would neverhave been written. As is usual with this type of document, as I have used these check list on successiveprojects, the lists have been amended and added to, based on our user experience.
