Cases in Health Care Management

The new Second Edition of Cases in Health Care Management is a collection of over new and cutting-edge case studies designed to help illustrate the challenges related to managing the health care services. Organized into nine content areas, from Leadership, Management, and Quality/Patient Safety to Health Disparities and Cultural Competence, Ethics, and more, these realistic scenarios span the full spectrum of issues that can arise in a variety of health care services settings.
