Randal Chance is a retired inspector general with the State of Texas. He also is a decorated, professional soldier and airman, having served in the US Army Combat Command and retiring from the US Air Force as a law enforcement superintendent. He has a bachelors degree in criminal justice and a masters degree in police and public administration.
