Transnational crime groups in concert with corrupt government officials align against the investigative efforts of DEA agents and US Intelligence officers. The lines have been drawn between the international crime groups to protect an elusive international narcotic trafficker and those intent on stopping him. As a result of his international investigations, Shayne Kelly worked in numerous countries. He holds a Bachelor Degree in History and Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Management. Prior to working at the DEA, Shayne Kelly was a Police Officer with the Houston Police Department.
