About the author
The Polish author Katarzyna Ryrich is well known not only in her homeland, but also by codon. In addition to writing, she also works in other areas: she draws beautifully and often creates illustrations and paintings, she graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a major in English philology, which is why she teaches this language. He writes not only prose, but also poetry. She often translates modern Ukrainian poets into Polish, because she herself has family roots in Ukraine.
This is probably one of those rare cases when a foreign author writes about the war in Ukraine, and also in the genre of children's prose. This is what makes this publication interesting, because it represents a completely different prism of vision of our realities, for nothing presented in the format of a story for children. Because, as is known, "the truth is in the mouth of a child."
As you can see, Patron's fame crosses borders, and many foreigners know this tailed war hero. And regardless of the international discourse, tragic stories in which a small dog finds itself can not only move people, but also give moments of hope and faith in the victory of good over evil.
