Paul West owned 3/4th of the Bologna Shop business while one person, Vicky Bird, refused to sell her part back to Paul. Delinquent in her portion of the bank loan payments for the restaurant, the bank was threatening to foreclose. Paul was also planning an upcoming promotional to introduce his new menu. Introducing new meals worked before in bringing up sagging sales. Could having an appearance of the Oscar Mayer Wiener Mobile and a cameraman bring up sales?
