Blood and mud

It is run by a Greek and is frequented by officials and employees, where different relationships and ideas arise. The story "Who is crazy?" Its hero is a young man from a family known for its intelligence, but he became crazy and engaged in writing reports to the Prime Minister proposing many things that only come from a crazy person.
