Biblical Thinking on Critical Issues

Is the Bible still relevant? Does the Bible still speak to the issues of the day? Many say that the Bible is outdated and archaic. Are they right? Does God's Word still matter? Although it may be appealing to cultural sensibilities to question the Bible's relevancy, God's Word is the only thing that will always be relevant. Isaiah 40:6-8 states, "All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower fades when the breath of the LORD blows on it; surely the people are grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever." God's Word will stand forever over and against the changing tides of cultural opinions. Pastor David Kiehn explores critical issues in today's society showing how God's Word is still powerful and relevant today as it was in the beginning. The church needs to recover the abandoned Bible and trust God's Word as we think through the critical issues of our day.
