The theory of legal acts as the core of the General Part of the German Civil Code (BGB) is taught in the first semester and is intended as training in the classification and conceptuality of the BGB. The new presentation develops the BGB''s legal acts dogmatics in the intellectual regime of the legal opinion, in other words, as required by the thought processes for developing foundations for a claim.
