As a finance major in college, I felt like I had a pretty good head on my shoulders about money; that was until I began to realize I would be graduating soon and the word "e;cut-off"e; began being uttered from my dad. Life isn't cheap and we, as females, generally are not as well versed at handling money as men. Sad, but true. Far less women are getting business degrees these days therefore many women do not even know the basics of money management. The realization of this is what prompted me to write Barneys, Bergdorfs & Bills. A simple "e;girlfriend's guide"e; to finance tailored towards fabulous college girls ready to take over the world. When my sorority sisters began coming to me upon graduation asking how to invest and budget their small starting salaries it jumpstarted this idea and turned into a 30 topic guide.
