In healing a person can be stuck in the desert many years until they understand that through forgiveness and repentance they can be lifted out of the hell that once was. When the author came to recognize hope, he ran to surrender and when he did he found that the entire world turned upside right. The demons of his past were shook off the Earth's surface and a new world of possibilities remained. A brook opened up in the meadow and love found a way where there was no way.
