Article 92: Dereliction of Duty

Third in a series of military-legal-mysteries. Set in Germany in 1963, it is focused on a Soviet espionage penetration of the headquarters of the U.S. Army in Europe through the blackmail of a male Army officer and the murder of a female U.S. Army officer.
