Aging Hipster: Perfection is not the goal!

The aging process is similar for most folks, although it proceeds faster for some. In my independent living community there are four people over 100 and 35 over 90. That's out of 280 people. In a place like ours, the living is easy, sociable and life sustaining. We talk about quirky things, but we want to live a life that is filled with growth and values. Our True Self can emerge at any age.. We think about perfection and imperfection, rudeness, kindness, forgiveness and our EGOs.
