This book focuses on advances in nanotechnology. Chapter 1 explores the use of computational techniques to predict and simulate the safety of goods using nanomedicines, including in silico absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME)-based methods, physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling, and in vitro and in vivo datasets. Chapter 2 provides a comprehensive overview of various drug delivery systems and their applications in modern pharmaceutical research. Chapter 3 aims to determine the effect of modified water and micellar solutions on the strength of cement stone. Chapter 4 presents a summary of the state of the art of sensor and transducer technology as of 2024.
