Abandoned: 5 Minutes Away with Jesus

Pain gripped my heart when I heard the nurse say," it looks like you've had a miscarriage." I was shattered. My husband and I were so elated to be parents and in a matter of moments, the joy we felt, was no more. Growing up Christian, I now wondered where was my God? How could he allow this to happen to me? This devotional is simply my dialogue with God and my journey through grief to HEALING. I struggled with my faith and the harsh reality of death and loss, but I found hope in the midst of my sorrow and peace in the midst of my pain.
