A Twisted Journey: African-American Version

Julia was never happy until she met the love of her life, Luther (who was born in 1984 on an animal farm). They shared a quiet romantic life traveling all around the world but when they joined forces and wrote a book of purely made-up fiction, they unknowingly invited a slew of trouble into their world.The 'Connectivity' got the attention of the real mafia of whom it accidentally closely describes. A cascade of small events, starting with a strange encounter with a massive piece of used chewing gum on the seat of an airplane, escalated into much bigger problems. Julia and Luther's names are now smack on top of the mafia's most wanted list. The mafia is determined to silence everyone who is aware of its existence. They assume Julia and Luther know too much, and now they are Enemy Number One. With their family lives now rapidly falling apart and their own lives on the line, they seriously decide to take matters into their own hands.
