A Pirate's Bounty

What if you found a book that would let you travel through time, but you had to apprentice yourself to the school's librarian and meanest teacher to do so? That's the challenge faced by ordinary sixth-grader J.T. Middleton. Now that J.T. is back from the Wild West, he thinks he is finished with the dangers of time travel. An accident in the school library changes his future, forcing him to time travel again. This time, he must survive a confrontation with Blackbeard and his pirate crew. To do his job, J.T. must develop self-confidence, deal with bullies, and hide his new identity from his friends and family. All this with only three days left before the changes become history. This book contains J.T.'s second adventure as a time traveling apprentice.
