A Lonely Walk To Happiness

Claire sees the comments made about her on Facebook, she knew it had to be her so called bestfriend, who had written them. She decides to shut herself away and hopes that things will get better once she goes off to University. Mandy looks after Claire for a while, whilst her mum recovers from an accident. Janet (Claire's mum) thinks that Claire is old enough to look after herself and stand on her own too feet.I wrote this book to encourage young people to talk about these issues such as self image and depression as sometimes they can go hand in hand, as I have been there too. The more we talk about these issues the more others will do too, and realise they don't have to suffer in silence.
