Further on, you will get an insight into what happened when Norwegian emigrants arrived in North America.

The second part is about sources in the United States and Canada. What information can you find in these sources that show the way back to Norway? The book also thoroughly covers Norwegian sources. Finally, the whole book finishes off with a chapter about genealogical methods.
