THE POWER OF WOMAN

Women's power is to defeat violence, overcome poverty and injustice, and improve life for everyone by fighting for a global understanding of love, justice, creativity, and empowerment. It is not about burning bras or entering fields most men don't fancy doing (though I do like that idea!). It is not about being different but the same as our male counterparts. Perspective and a global understanding separate us from the feminist movements of old. If we look honestly at women's and men's roles in society, we can see that differences are more based on culture and customs than anything else. While some women feel alienated by their traditional role in society, most cultures open doors for their women regarding education, career choice, and political participation
