It will require a shift in paradigms that exist, but the end result will be a system that works for all Americans, now, and in the future. This true reform concept will reduce costs by eliminating overlapping, redundant programs and insurance; while giving every American choice and control, Inevitably, it will be that very choice and control that will force providers of health care to be as competitive as possible in controlling costs while providing quality care.
