Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. In the same spirit I then made collections relative to the opening scenes of the war of the Revolution and, as there was no complete narrative of these events, I published in 1849 the History of the Siege of Boston, and of the Battles of Lexington, Concord, and Bunker Hill.
