The thematic focus of this play portrays a power-drunk Vice - Chancellor, who does not understand the limit of his powers, coupled with, his corruptive tendencies. These features grant him the ability to violently rape the standing orders, in order, to have his ways. He as much over-uses his powers to cause the cessation of a staff appointment by usurping the mandate of the Council. This action ignites the victim to step on the steps of a court building and knocks on the door to allow the case receives decorative paintings from the purview of legality.
