Human-beings called hei-cons possess extraordinary physical abilities. Most wildlife has been donned with human intellect, and the planets are hunting grounds for the demonic, blood-thirsting luxo. Now, a stranger appears in a time of rising chaos. He claims to have an unveiling message that will unmask a corrupt conspiracya dark secret more than thirty centuries old.
