Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. I have therefore, on the advice of my father, under taken a translation of the book. In carrying out this work I have not only had the benefit of his help, whenever I wanted it, but likewise that of the author himself. There were some technical and intricate passages which I could not have translated myself, and which my father has translated for me.
