Learning Technology for Education Challenges

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Workshop on Learning Technology for Education Challenges, LTEC 2021, held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in July 2021. The 11 revised full papers and 6 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 83 submissions.
