Kalle at the birdhouse - a winter story

The warm-hearted, humorous and at the same time exciting children's story "e;Kalle at the bird house"e; takes little people into the magical, wintry surroundings of an old garden. A bird house is the central meeting point for the animals, who gather there to eat. Here they experience adventures together, but also have to face challenges, because the hunting instinct lures the cats Trine and Minke into the garden. The main character, Kalle, a wood pigeon, was driven to become "e;the plucked one"e;, as he is affectionately called, by an earlier encounter with the dreaded cat Minke. The tension reaches its climax when Minke tries to chase Kalle and Berta, a blackbird. In addition to entertainment, the book also conveys values such as solidarity, respect, friendship and the diversity of nature.
